**Returns**

- Items must be **unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition** to be eligible for a return.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
**Refunds**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** and issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are **non-refundable** unless the return is due to our error.
**Exchanges**
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order.
**Non-Returnable Items**
- Due to hygiene reasons, items such as **booty bands and resistance bands** are final sale unless they arrive defective.
